Who loves a good snack? I live in a household of snackers and when I found this recipe last summer, I knew it would make a terrific after school snack. It’s sweet with a touch of saltiness and to me that’s a winning combination.
These bites are great for on the go, they are easily packed up and at the ready when you need something halfway decent for the kiddos to snack on. Nobody needs a meltdown because your two year old is starving. Make these and everyone will be happy.
No Bake Monster Cookie Granola Bites (from the blog Like Mother, Like Daughter)

½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup honey
⅓ cup mini m&ms
⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
1. Put all your ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
2. Stir well until everything is combined and “stuck” together.
3. Roll mixture into small balls about 1 to 1 and ½ inches in size and place balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Let the granola balls firm up in the refrigerator and then serve.
*Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
This kid friendly treat is sure to be a hit with the adults too. You can never go wrong with peanut butter and M & M’s. Enjoy!
