Oreo Dirt Cups

My son saw this box of Jello-O Creations during our weekly shopping trip and asked if we could buy it. Normally I make a lot of food from scratch, but sometimes convenience wins. I’m a busy mom and occasionally I don’t mind spoiling my kiddos with a special treat.

This prepackaged dessert makes 6 5oz Oreo dirt cups. We thought these would be fun with Spring on the horizon. It’s a fun edible treat to get us excited about planting our garden in a few short weeks.

To make these “dirt” cups you only need a few minutes and your kids can help too. If you don’t want to purchase this kit; feel free to make your own chocolate pudding, add crushed Oreos and grab a bag of gummy worms for garnish too.

The Jello-O kit comes with pudding mix, crushed Oreo dirt and a bag of gummies, that contain cute worms and snails.

To put it all together-

1. Whisk pudding mix with 3 cups of milk.

2. Spoon pudding mixture into six 5 oz cups (I found clear plastic cups at my local Walmart).

3. Top with a generous scoop of the crushed Oreos.

4. Place a few gummies on top of the dirt and enjoy right away or keep in fridge until ready to eat.

My son really enjoyed this simple dessert and had a fun time making it too.

Thanks for reading! xo
